Super primitive whale oil hanging lantern. Looks like it would be a candle lantern, but front opens up to reveal a small whale oil lamp that can be removed. All glass is intact, although dirty. Tin is super rusty, but latch works good and hanger secure. The crossbars over the glass on one side are bent and broken, another side has one crossbar totally gone. Super lantern, unusual to see the whale oil lamp. $ 195. + shipping.
