Great old antique Dietz police lantern, made of tin with a glass bullseye lens. It has a tin oil font with whale oil burner which is removable from the bottom. Marked on the back, "Dietz Police 2". Must be a second edition with new features, as I haven't seen one with the lever on the back which opens and closes the inner tin shield, which is working well. Carrying handle on the back with a handle to hang it on your belt. All in excellent condition with all parts working well, glass bullseye lens intact in excellent condition. Dull black finish, but no rust. $ 195. + s/h
