Fantastic antique hatchell, probably dating to the 18th century. All hand made, carved wood handle. 29 nails, about 3 1/2" long, 3 are missing. Crude hammered metal on both the top and bottom with square nail construction. Handle has an old repair nailing it back together. All nice and sturdy, super primitive piece.
